Technology Service Desk

The Long Beach Unified School District Service Desk is available to support all your technology needs. Our trained staff can assist with a wide range of issues, including hardware (PCs, Macs, Chromebooks, iPads, printers, A/V equipment such as Extron systems and projectors, two-way radios, intrusion alarms, and fire alarms), software (Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe), and specialized district applications. The Service Desk is also your primary point of contact for following up on open issues, scheduling installations, and requesting user account creation, changes, or access.
