Welcome, Future 6th Graders!

Current LBUSD Students:
The Middle and K-8 School of Choice application closed on March 25 at 4:00 PM. Families may view placement information in ParentVUE.

New and Returning LBUSD Resident Students (not currently enrolled):
To identify your school of residence and begin the enrollment process, please click HERE.  School placement is based on space availability. 


Families Residing Outside of Long Beach:
If you are interested in attending a Long Beach middle school, please begin by requesting an Interdistrict Permit (IDP) from your district of residence. Once approved, submit the completed form to the Long Beach Unified School District at:  MiddleIDP@lbschools.net.
