LBUSD believes stakeholder engagement through open and honest feedback is essential for continuous improvement and equitable outcomes. Surveys are regularly conducted on topics such as social-emotional learning (SEL), culture and climate, safety, academics, college and career interests. The data are strictly used for educational purposes to inform district policies and practices as well as for mandatory state and federal reporting.
