Facility Permit Notice

The Long Beach Unified School District values its strong partnerships with local youth programs and remains committed to serving our community.

As a reminder, facility permit requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and may be submitted up to 6 months in advance. Please note that all requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the desired permit start date.
 
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to continuing our collaboration in supporting youth and community programs

The Office of Community Use

The Office of Community Use of School Facilities resides in the purchasing office and is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and authorizing the use of district property by outside groups. Permits are issued in response to the Civic Center Meeting Act and policies set by the Board of Education.
