Provide an Internship Experience

THANK YOU for providing such rewarding, high-level career experiences for students in LBUSD!  Please complete an Internship Request Form below and choose, “Other” if you have a custom description.  If there is no direct match, please select the Form most reflective of the scope of work. E.g. If an aerospace engineering company is seeking a social media intern, the “Marketing  & Communications” form is the best fit.

If you have more than one internship where scope and duties vary, please fill out separate forms. If you have multiple positions for the same position, you only need to complete one form.
