Meal Services

Every student has a cafeteria account to receive meals at no cost. Elementary school students use bar-coded meal cards, Personal Identification Numbers (PINs), or Student ID Numbers to access their accounts. Middle and high school students use PINs or Student ID Numbers. Your student’s PIN will be provided in your School Meal Information Packet. The account contains your child’s meal eligibility information as well as any special dietary needs as requested on the Medical Statement to Request Special Meals and/or Accommodations.

A School Meal Information Packet will be provided via ParentVUE (or US mail for those who do not have a ParentVUE account) by the second week of August to each household with a child enrolled in the District as of June 30. The packet contains:

  • Student’s PIN (personal identification number) that will be used at the point of service for school meal services.
  • One of the following:
    • A letter stating that your child has been directly certified or is enrolled in a Community Eligible Provision school.

If your address changes, tell your child's school office immediately. Meal applications are available at your child’s school office or at the Nutrition Services Office.
