Draft LCAP #3

This draft has the following major revisions from Draft #2:

• Completion of Increased/Improved Services section
• Revision of budget to Actions:  1.1 Assistance to Teachers - Professional Development (slight decrease from Draft #2) and 5.3 Middle/High School Wellness Centers (slight increase from Draft #2)
• Added ‘Targeted Universalism’ to Centering Black Students and Focus on Equity section.
• Added ELD Courses, Materials and Adoptions, new Textbook adoptions for Khmer for Khmer Speakers Course, and pilot Newcomer Program descriptions to Supporting English Learners section
• Added examples for School-based Student Support (Action 3.10).  In addition, added new allocation for elementary (Action 3.10)
• Eliminated a high school readiness program that will not be implemented next year in Action 4.2.
• Additional narrative in Additional Counselors and Social Workers, including Ratio of Mental Health Provider to Student Ratio
