Sato Academy Students Earn Prestigious Swun Scholarships

Three exceptional seniors from Sato Academy have been recognized by the Swun Educational Foundation for their academic promise, determination, and future potential, earning highly competitive scholarships that will support their college journeys.

Audrina Burgos has been awarded the $10,000 Swun Scholarship, which includes induction into the Swun Scholars Program and personalized support from a College Success and Career Readiness Coach throughout all four years of college. She will also join a dynamic network of fellow Swun Scholars.

Seniors Madhav Hamir Suva and Aileen Galvan have each been selected for the Full-Ride Coaching Scholarship, a transformative opportunity valued at $40,000. This award provides comprehensive, four-year access to a full-time College Success and Career Readiness Coach, along with entry into the Swun Scholars community, equipping them with the tools, guidance, and support needed to thrive in college and beyond.

These honors reflect the support of Sato Academy educators, including College Advisor Savannah Labarda and Counselor Gerard Maliwat, who played a key role in guiding students through a rigorous application process.
