In a difficult Moore League matchup, the Millikan and Poly High School soccer teams demonstrated that unity, sportsmanship, and teamwork matter far more than the final score. Despite heavy pressure, both teams relied on communication, as noted by Millikan goalkeeper, Mekiah Twal. “We’re a team, and we’re a family… We’re one unit, and we play together,” Twal said, emphasizing how trust and mutual respect carried them throughout the game. Mann Elementary students from the WRAP Soccer Team were crowned season champions. "Their dedication, teamwork, and grit all season paid off as they battled hard and came out on top.
