LBUSD Students: From Readers to Writers
Several LBUSD students were recognized as winners in the Friends of the Long Beach Public Library’s annual essay contest, which invited students ages 6 to 18 to write on the theme, “How has the library helped you grow?”
This year’s winners were honored at a ceremony at the Michelle Obama Neighborhood Library, where family, friends, and community members celebrated their achievements.
