LBUSD’s new classroom cell phone policy is already delivering results at Millikan High School. Under the leadership of Principal Stacie Alexander, classrooms are calmer, more focused and learning is front and center. AP English teacher Lee Underwood, who co-wrote the policy, is seeing clear gains in student focus, writing, and critical thinking; proof the reclaiming attention works.
