Must have been employed at an elementary, secondary or educational service agency that serves low-income students

If I'm a substitute do I qualify for PSLF? Yes, you just need 30 hours minimum in order to qualify for full-time employment
Why do I need multiple applications? If you did not work 30 hours on average for 2 consecutive years, you need to submit your application for each individual year
Who makes the final decision on if I am approved? FSA makes the final decision on whether your application is approved.
