Principal Coaching Program

The New Principal Support Program and the Clear Administrative Services Credential Program (CASC) provide additional training and coaching support to newly promoted LBUSD principals and administrators during the first and second year in their new position.  SDSU is the credentialing agency for the CASC program and LBUSD provides the professional development and coaching.  LBUSD also partners with SDSU to provide Leadership Coach Certification for new principal coaches. The coaching program builds on the pipeline work of the ELTD Office to prepare a steady stream of administrators who are current in district philosophy and practice.
