Year 2 New Administrators Program (Aspiring Principals)

The purpose of the Year 2 New Administrators Program (Aspiring Principals) is to recruit, train, support and retain high quality leaders, who will increase student achievement and close the achievement gap.  This program provides professional development, shadowing, and mentoring support to program participants. Workshops will focus on developing the qualities and skills of an effective principal, so that all participants are prepared to successfully lead safe, inclusive, diverse campuses where all students thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
