Erik Miller is a proud Long Beach native, a graduate of Millikan High School, and a former All-Moore League football player who became the first in his family to attend college, earning a degree in architecture from Woodbury University. He began his career as an architectural designer before transitioning to nonprofit leadership, where he has spent over a decade supporting education, veterans, and underserved communities. As an LBUSD Board Member, Miller is dedicated to promoting equity, fostering family engagement, and driving systemic change. As a father of an LBUSD student, he brings personal passion and professional focus to his board service.

Education gave me choices I never thought possible. I serve to help expand the choices of the next generation.
