The Purchasing Warehouse is divided into three operations - Receiving, Stores Inventory, and Distribution. The receiving function includes the receipt, inspection, and payment authorization for district supplies, furniture, and equipment. The receiving function also includes the responsibility for fixed asset inventory control. Stores Inventory maintains the inventory of 1,500+ items, fills orders from site requests, and packages materials for shipment. Distribution handles the delivery of supplies, furniture and equipment to all sites.
