Wilson Earns National Film Award

Video: 2022 STN Fall Nationals - First Place Drama - Rebirth
 

A student team from Wilson High School recently earned first place at the national Student Television Network 2022 Fall Nationals competition. 

The short drama film titled “Rebirth” was produced by Wilson students Ben Tinsley, Matteos Mandalia, Mia Urena, Ky Stopp and Ernesto Felix. The film earned first place in the Drama category.

This award marks the second time a group of students led by Wilson teacher Thourn Heng participate in a Student Television Network competition. Last year, a team of Wilson students earned second place in the short documentary competition at the Student Television Network (STN) National Convention.
