This Temporary Alternate Work Location Agreement (Agreement) is voluntarily entered into between the Long Beach Unified School District (LBUSD) and the Alternate Work Location Employee. This agreement is intended for the time period beginning Monday, December 7, 2020 and ending on January 3, 2021.
This agreement may be terminated by the District in the event any of the conditions outlined in the agreement are violated. In these circumstances the employee must return to their work site location the next work day. This is a temporary option that will be re-evaluated in the coming weeks given our review of local and county health data. Plan to physically return to your work site on January 4, 2021 unless directed otherwise.
Some essential duties may be required to be performed on site. Employees in classifications that need access to a worksite shall report to the worksite on a pre-approved rotating schedule.
