Welcome to the CDC Fee Based credit card payment center. We accept Mastercard, Visa, & Discover credit cards. Please make sure that you are making your payment to the correct CDC site and program.

Contact the Coordinating Teacher at the site if you have any questions regarding your payment. Please make one payment per child. Be sure to print your payment confirmation and submit your receipt to your child’s center as proof of payment.
