Submit an agenda item

You can submit and agenda item by sending an e-mail to Paula Lazickiat plazickiby the Wednesday before the meeting is held.

Please keep in mind that the Site Council is not a complaint center. If there is a problem that you feel needs to be addressed, by all means bring it up, but please have some kind of a solution, or possible solutions, to the problem and include them in your agenda item submission e-mail.

All agenda items go under the "New business" section of the meeting and may be discussed at the meeting where they are first included as "New business." However, in order to involve as many of our teachers, parents, students and our administration as much as possible, the proposals that come out of that discussion will be voted on at the following Site Council meeting when the items will appear in the "Old business" part of the meeting.
