In a Multi-ethnic competitive world, speaking more than one language is an asset:

• Children learn to speak, read and write in both Spanish and English
• Students begin in Kindergarten and progress each year through grade 5.

Students are taught

• In K – 90% Spanish – 10% English
• Grade 1 80% Spanish – 20% English
• Grade 2 70% Spanish – 30% English
• Grade 3 60% Spanish – 40% English
• Grade 4 and 5 are 50% Spanish and 50% English
