Call to Order               Debbie Mrazik called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.

Discussion Items       

·      This is the last meeting of the present council. New group will begin at the June meeting.

·      Call-out of representatives for next year. Math and PE have not decided yet. Students will report after ASB elections. Art, Social Science, ROTC, and Special Ed were not present. All others will remain the same. Next year’s site council election by-laws were distributed and will be followed.

·      The new Site Council Chairperson will be elected at the June meeting.

·      Discussion

o      Don – “School ID must be worn at or above the chest level or on a lanyard on a daily basis.”

·      Don displayed samples of boys’ and girls’ tee-shirts and polo shirts

·      Question and answer period

o      What does “change out” mean?

o      Spirit vs. SLC shirts

o      Undershirts need to be solid white

o      For Collars and Friday Millikan tee-shirts okay

o      For Collars only (did not use)

o      For Collars and MHS atee-shirts everyday

o      Pam made the motion to vote

o      Krytal seconded

o      Vote was a tie 11/11

·      A second vote will take place on Monday

·      An e-mail will be sent out to the stie council reps with a ballot.

·      The results will be counted by Debbie and two others. Vicky will be included in the counting.

·      Suggestions were made on what the ballot should look loke.

·      Call for a second vote at this meeting today made

·      The vote will take place on Monday.
