College Preparation

The Long Beach Unified School District offers all students access to college preparedness curriculum, with rigorous coursework that allows students to meet the stringent admission requirements for the University of California and California State University systems. Counselors work regularly with students to provide information on required coursework, to discuss progress toward meeting college entrance requirements, and to provide information on financial aid opportunities.
