Special Education Records Request

All requests for records for special education students who are attending a school within the Long Beach Unified School District should be directed to the Special Education Central Office. A written request for the records, signed by the parent or guardian of the student, should be mailed or faxed to one of the following locations based upon the current level or program of the student:
