New Principal Induction

The purpose of the New Principal Induction Program is to provide new principals with the additional training and support necessary to successfully transition into the principalship and become an effective administrator.  Each new principal will be carefully matched to a principal coach, who will guide and advise them throughout the year.  In addition, inductees will attend monthly support meetings, which will cover pertinent and common issues related to the principalship and raising student achievement.
