Technology Standards - are elements (hardware, software, audio, video, services and configurations) that the District uses in designs, specifications and recommendations and that are installed, supported, repaired and maintained. If technology is purchased which is NOT aligned with District standards then the buyer of the technology bears the full responsibility of the design, specification, installation, repair and support of those items.
To support our standards, district technicians are certified on the platforms that the district buys. Our technicians are certified on HP, Apple and Lexmark systems. We are also authorized to provide warranty support on all of these products.
