If you have paid a deposit, please send the remaining payment no later than June 12 (session 1) or June 30 (session 2). Enrollment is limited to twenty students per class per session. Be sure to include your child's name and session 1 and/or 2 on the check.
The $50.00 deposit is non-refundable.
If your plans change, and you have already paid in full, you may request a refund of the amount over $50 before June 12. No refunds will be made after June 12.
Enclose a completed registration form and emergency card (2 sided or 2 pages) for each child.
