Obtain Transcripts

Students currently attending Long Beach Unified School District, request records from school of attendance.

An official copy of your transcript or immunization record can be requested in person or by mail from the Records Management Office. The Records Management Office does not accept or send transcripts by email or by fax. 

To request transcripts or immunization records in person please, visit our office at 2201 E. Market Ave., Long Beach CA 90805. The office is opened to the public from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

We do not offer same day service. Transcript requests submitted in person are processed in 1-3 days.

The cost of transcripts is $12.00. Acceptable forms of payment in the office are: Cash, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and most debit cards with MasterCard/Visa logo.  

To request transcripts or immunization records via mail please follow the instructions below;

  1. Fill out and complete an Official Transcript Request Form (see the Official Transcript Request Form link at the bottom of the page).
  2. Include a copy of valid photo identification. The only forms of acceptable identification by the Long Beach Unified School District, Records Management Office are; any state Department of Motor vehicles Identification Card, Driver’s License, Consular I.D. or Passport.

    If you do not have a valid state issued ID, send a copy of any of your Long Beach Unified School District Student I.D. with a copy of your birth certificate.
  3. Include the total dollar amount of the requested services. Mailed requests are payable by Money Order/Cashier’s Checks only. Money Orders & Cashier Checks must be payable in U.S. funds. Make payment payable to LBUSD.

Personal Checks, Credit Cards or Debit Cards are not accepted.

  1. Mail your request to the Records Management Office with all the required information.

 

Please, allow 10 business days to process High School Transcripts from the date your request is received by the Records Management Office. Requests are processed on a first-come first-served basis. Transcript requests are processed and mailed via regular United States Postal Service.

Records Management Office does not verify receipt of request.

 

Requests will not be processed without required information, proper identification and fee.
