The Office of Community Use of School Facilities resides in the purchasing office and is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and authorizing the use of district property by outside groups. Permits are issued in response to the Civic Center Meeting Act and policies set by the Board of Education.

Two different applications exist depending on the facilities being used.

  1. Application for Permit to use School Recreation Facilities
    Used for recreational facilities (fields, pools, etc.)
    Download, complete and return the above form to the Facilities Use desk. 
  2. Application for Permit to use School Facilities
    For all other permits (classrooms, auditorium, etc.)
