WHEN: Saturday, March 2, .9 a.m. to noon
WHERE: Cabrillo High School, 2001 Santa Fe Ave. in Long Beach
Breakfast, lunch, childcare and translation will be provided.
The event will help parents and community members learn about the school district’s progress to close the achievement gap by making the most of state funding from the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). Participants will have an opportunity to review and study school district data and budget information in order to contribute feedback about LBUSD’s use of LCFF funds in the next school year.
The LCAP Community Forum is one more way the school district is engaging stakeholders in the planning process.
